As a precision casting company,we are engaged in manufacturing of carbon steel,stainless steel,alloy steel,copper and aluminum precision castings.Furthermore,we have passed ISO9001:2000 and Germany TUV AD 2000 WO PED 97/23/EC certifications.
We can provide various types of ball valve,gate valve,check valve,cut-off valve,butterfly valve and other raw castings made of WCB,LCC,C5,C12,40cr,40crmo,9cr1mo,WC1,WC9,CF8M,CF8C,304,316 and 304L,and flashboard,pressure plate,rocker,bracket,valve clack and other rough castings,series of pipe joints and quick couplings,as well as door lock series: stainless steel door handle,ship handle,window handle,hinge,sleeve,tapered wedge and stainless door-lock face plate etc.All of our offerings are reliable in quality,stable in performance and in compliance with national and industrial standards,and some of our products meet US standards,thus well sold in over 20 provinces and regions in China and exported to Singapore,,Taiwan,Germany,Spain,Japan,Australia and other countries.Main manufacturing equipments include spectrometer,tension machine,hardness tester,intermediate frequency furnace,roasting oven,drawing furnace,large and small shot-blasting machines,various kinds of turning machine,milling machine,planing machine and grinding machine over 20 sets in total.Fully equipped,we have the capability for production and test of 1,500 tons of castings in a year.
